Sometimes we'll offer a 'Lite' version of a sound pack, as a taster for the full version.

This is usually the case with construction kits, where we offer you the option to purchase only the loops, without the stems.

If you purchased the Lite Version of a sound pack and want to upgrade to the Full Version, feel free to contact us with your purchase receipt, and we'll offer you a discount for the full pack.

Failure to provide the purchase receipt, will prevent you from upgrading.

Both paid and free sound packs are royalty free, so you won't have to worry about further payments.

If you produce a track with one of our sound packs, and it gets placed with a Major Label / Artist, we request that you contact us to negotiate rights splits, as well as credits.

Except for major placements, after negotiations, you won't have to credit us on any of your releases / productions.

However, feel free to tag us in your work, so we can hear what you did with our sound packs!

Our products are considered digital goods, meaning you cannot return them to us. With that in mind, refunds of any and all sound packs are not possible.

During the checkout process, you are asked to input an email address for your files to be sent to. We advise you to make sure you check your spam box as well, and if none can be found, try to look into your billing address (if it differs). There might be a small delay at times. If your files don't arrive in 24 to 48 hours, please feel free to contact us.

Any track you produce with our sound packs, is allowed to be released and distributed to any and all DSPs.
